The RETRO system has quite a few features that will WOW you. One is the retrofit trim plates which allow for the smaller Intrasonic device to be installed without having to patch the drywall throughout the home. Since the RETRO system uses the existing rough-ins and wiring from older systems this makes installation quick and easy. Another great feature is the Automatic Selective Call option. With this option the individual will be able to receive the call in any room. Once the call is answered, communication is heard only at the initial call station and the responding station. This helps keep all calls private not disturbing others throughout the home.
If music is a priority when selecting an intercom system, the RETRO has a Portable Music Player (PMP) bay to plug-and-play a variety of devices including MP3’s and IOS or Android tablets/phones – with either downloaded or streamed music. The RETRO also has an optional Bluetooth receiver that can be purchased for wireless music streaming. Another great music option is the ability to play 2 music source options in every room and a built-in USB plug to charge your device while using it.
