The Dyson 911236-01 DC17 Pre-Filter Assembly has been discontinued. The DY-911236-01G Aftermarket Pre-Filter can be substituted.
The 911236-01 is a lifetime filter that replaces your filter while it's being washed. Filters should be washed at least once every six months.
