The Universal 93344 CT24DXQD Quiet Drive Plus Electric Powerhead has a 10.75" hard floor brush that is still attached to the wand and is released with just the touch of a lever at the back of the nozzle. This saves you time by not having to switch to a separate wand and brush assembly. It has a full 14" cleaning path with brushed edge cleaning which draws dust and debris from along base boards into the air stream. The chevron pattern on the agitator brush increases deep cleaning by pulling debris from deep in the carpet fibers without damaging the carpet. This same chevron pattern moves the debris to the center of the powerhead where it is easily lifted from the carpet by the power of your central vacuum. The double swivel neck maneuvers the brush easily around or under furnishings.
To vacuum all the different piles and textures of carpeting in your home, simply depress the foot pedal at the back of the brush to change the 4-position height adjustment. The CT24DXQD has an easily activated handle release mechanism to lower the handle to a comfortable cleaning position. The CT24DXQD has large overmolded wheels that glide quietly on all surfaces and maneuvers smoothly under and around all your furnishings with ease. The full wrap around bumper protects your baseboards, walls and fine furniture. This powerhead features a reinforced poly "V" drive belt which eliminates vibration and noise and makes the CT24DXQD the quietest brush available. The motor will automatically shut off if the system encounters a blockage or clog, thus protecting the life of the motor and belt. After the obstacle is cleared from the agitator, simply press the red indicator light to reset the system and continue vacuuming.
