This low voltage hose features an on/off switch located conveniently in the gas pump style handle to control the power of the central vacuum unit.  The ability to turn the hose off before removing it from the vac inlet makes it easier to remove and reduces the stress on the hose.  The crushproof design ensures longer life and better performance by maintaining it's shape, even when it is accidentally stepped on.  

There is a button lock chrome stub tube to connect the wand to the handle of the hose.  The hose works in all standard 1-1/2" inlets with on/off capabilities.
