The 90 Degree Short Elbow should only be used directly behind an inlet and no where else in the system. This elbow connects a central vacuum 2-inch PVC pipe to an inlet mounting plate. The short radius helps trap any large object that may cause a clog, allowing the object to be removed easily through the inlet door.
The 90 Degree Short Elbow can be used behind any backplate, except for the NuTone 360 and Vacuflo.
