The M&S DMC-10AWP Audio Input Wall Plate provides an audio termination point for connection of an external music source to the DMC-10 system.  It is compatible with the DMC-10H Structured Wire Intercom Hub and has one pair of color-coded left-right RCA jacks and mounts in a single gang J-box.

When a local audio source is connected to the DMC-10AWP it will play monaural sound through each room and patio station's speaker when set to "Listen" mode. The wall plate has a mini-jack which provides a contact closure for a mute output that can be connected to an independent music distribution system to mute the audio while the intercom is in use.  It also features a signal level control and signal overload indicator.
