The Beam 045245 Airdriven Turbo Brush (Square Neck) has been discontinued.  The closest substitute is the T-712 Turbo Powerhead and the AT-278 Beam Only Air Adapter. 

The 045245 is an air-driven,  light-duty nozzle that is suitable for homes with very minimal low pile carpet and rugs with short nap. It is compatible with Beam, Electrolux, Honeywell, Frigidaire, and Kenmore square neck central vacuum hoses and wands.

This turbo brush features a full tilt and swivel neck that offers easy maneuverability around and under furniture. The rubber wheels allow the 12-inch wide nozzle to glide over all your surfaces quickly and smoothly without scratching your floors. It also has soft bristles and a squeegee strip which allows it to be used on smooth floors as well. The friction fit neck allows it to work with virtually all brands with with square necks.
