The Beam SL100 Solaire Powerhead, manufactured by Electrolux, is made for the exclusive Beam square neck wands. It has a floating head that automatically adjusts to carpet height. The square neck incorporates a quick wand release feature. This powerhead does come with a wand.
This powerhead has a cogged belt that almost never breaks, so you don't have to replace it as often. There is a LED headlight to illuminate your cleaning path and a circuit breaker to protect the motor and cogged belt from damage in case of a blockage. The rubber coated wheels glide easily over your carpet. It has single edge cleaning and a steel axle and bearings in the wheels for durability.
The motor will automatically shut off if the system encounters a blockage or clog, thus protecting the life of the belt and motor. The full wrap around bumper protects your baseboards, walls and fine furniture. The Solaire has large overmolded wheels that glide quietly on all surfaces and maneuvers smoothly under and around all your furnishings with ease.
