The Aerus Electrolux electric hose fits older style powerheads and wands. The pistol grip hose handle has a short metal tube that locks into the upper wand. This wand assembly that works with this hose includes a metal upper wand inside a plastic sheath and a metal lower wand.
The switch is conveniently located in the handle and turns both the power unit and powerhead on and off. The cord from the powerhead plugs into the electrical receptacle in the hose handle.
