Shop for mounting brackets and rough-in kits for central vacuum systems. These are typically fastened to a stud prior to application of drywall. It is possible to install them in existing construction. They provide a means to hold the inlet valve to the wall. Some mounting brackets and rough-in kits are set up to accept a 120 volt power feed for an electric powerhead.
Most mounting brackets and rough-in kits are universal and work with most brands. Some Nutone, Vacuflo and Vacu-Maid mounting brackets have proprietary connections. Please contact us if you have questions on selection of the proper mounting bracket.
